openhands fafe317fa5 fix: feat: LLM seed — Defensive Floor Hugger optimizer (#672) ... Add llm_floor_hugger.push3: pure-constant Push3 optimizer that keeps anchorShare=0.05e18, anchorWidth=5 ticks, discoveryDepth=0.05e18, CI=0. Ignores all staking/tax inputs — floor position is always maximised. Transpiles without error; manifest.jsonl updated.
