taxPaidGes = taxDue + taxPaid, so the displayed value includes both
outstanding tax and historically paid tax. Rename the UI label from
'Tax Paid' to 'Tax Cost' to accurately reflect the combined amount.
Update the matching E2E test selector accordingly.
